Rebuilt the web presence for a Syrian charity after their old site was lost — shaped by a study of their 100 top-performing social posts.

Al-Birr Charity & Social Services Association had built a real audience on social media but lost its website to technical neglect, leaving the charity with no reliable home online. We rebuilt their digital presence from the ground up, grounding the new site's structure and content in a study of their last 100 most-shared posts so it reflects what their community actually engages with.
Al-Birr, a charitable and social services association, had grown a real following on social media but lost its website to technical neglect — leaving it with no reliable home for its work, no clear record of its initiatives, and a presence scattered across platforms it didn't own.
Before designing anything, we studied their last 100 most-shared social media posts to learn what their community actually responds to. We used those insights to shape the site's structure and content, then rebuilt the whole presence as a fast, bilingual website the association fully owns.
A rebuilt, bilingual web presence that restores Al-Birr's home online — organized around the initiatives and stories their audience engages with most, and built to be maintained without slipping back into neglect.
